Early Warning Project
- Spring 2018
- United States Holocaust Memorial Museum
The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. is the nation's official memorial to the Holocaust. As part of their ongoing effort to combat genocide and mass killing around the world, they launched the Early Warning Project. Using cutting-edge forecasting methodology, the Early Warning Project’s annual Statistical Risk Assessment identifies the countries most at risk for an event of mass killing. For this project, we worked closely with the museum to design and develop an interactive map and data visualization showcasing this original data.
